For players:

1. If you are new to the league, or if you would just like to play more submit $25 to PICH before April 7 th , 2008 (Cheques payable to CYCoMM) AND email Albert with the following information:
- Full name
- Phone #1, Phone #2
- Email address
- Age
- Position
- Ice hockey experience (years and last level played)
- Rollerhockey experience (years and last level played)
- Tiers that you would like to be eligible for
- Number of teams you would like to play for
- Self-rating as a hockey player (1-Beginner 10-Expert)

2. By paying the $25 you will be guaranteed to be placed on a PICH team, but this payment does not include your registration fees for the year*. Registration fees will be decided by your team captain.

3. You must attend the PICH Free Agent game and play. You will then be drafted by captains that are looking for players. Your registration fee will be decided by the team that you sign up with and at the time of sign up.

*The PICH guarantee does not include a specific team or tier. If players remain undrafted, they will be placed onto a team made up of other single sign ups.

The game:

The Free Agent game will consist of two 26 minute running time halves (5 minute warm up, 2 minute half time) with one referee. Jerseys will be provided. Any suspendable actions or fights will result in a forfeit of the $25 and ineligibility to play in the league until May 30th . PICH reserves the right to alter the make up of the teams during the course of the game in the interest of parity.
